Found this video from Doctor Mix using this wonderful compressor and made me wonder how one should treat compressing the different bands in a mix.

I see he isolates each band and treats them to taste (obviously he's speeding through the process), my question is, how should one generally approach compressing a full mix? ie: Low end first? Figuring out the loudest band etc..

Any opinions awesome people?
