I saw a cool video on officehours.global (of 090.media) titled “Moog Synth for Apple Vision Pro”. They had Geert Bevin, Director of Software - Moog Music, on to talk about and demo their new Animoog Galaxy. “Animoog Galaxy is a multidimensional sonic, visual and spatial experience, designed by Moog Music specifically for Apple Vision Pro.”

It’s not really an overwhelming breakthrough synth (the demo gets better in the latter parts), but it does stimulate the imagination as to where this could take us in the next few years and as the cost comes down. It’s cool when he launches the Moog Model 15 (iPad app) on it and hangs it in the space next to the Animoog Galaxy. As more music apps are written for visionOS (along with all the iOS/iPad apps that already work on it), you’ll have a very large virtual studio space full of virtual equipment, that you can take anywhere.
