I've got Mojave installed without problems,
but as I try to boot I get the stop sign .
Verbose boot shows "end random seed" and then my PC reboots.

    Specs :

    emachines ET1870 Desktop PC
    8 GBs RAM
    2 x 160 GB SATA Drives
    nVidia Geforce 8400GS Graphics Card

Apple stopped giving Nvidia a license after Sierra. Also is that motherboard compatible?

Mojave doesn't support nVidia Geforce 8400GS, you can do absolutely nothing about it

Actually, Kepler GPUs (most GT(X) 6xx/7xx - 21.5" iMac Late 2012/Early 2013 use GT 640M and are still supported) are still supported as of Catalina. Turing (20xx/16xx) was never supported. Pascal (10xx) and Maxwell (GTX 9xx) are stuck on High Sierra 10.13.6.

You haven't "installed without problems", the system likely works on a software renderer (that is, the GPU isn't detected at all). Stop sign means nothing as there can be million reasons for it.
Please boot with keepsyms=1 dart=0 debug=0x100 -v, this will show all details on the kernel panic and prevent the system from rebooting.

That said. You're trying to force a 2018 OS onto lowest-end budget 2011 hardware. The GPU in iMacs mentioned above is 929% more powerful and it uses 3rd gen i5/i7 CPUs. Heck, Intel HD630 integrated graphics from Coffee Lake is 850% more powerful than this old 8400GS. For $500-600 you can build a 9th-gen machine that is fully compatible, with 16 GB of RAM and almost 9x faster GPU than what you have. Something like this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/txYhwh

    So ...
    I booted with args keepsyms=1 dart=0 debug=0x100 -v
got "This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform"
    Reason: Mac-942B5BF58194151B

What conclusions should I draw from it ? WP_20200605_002[1].jpg

Mac-942B5BF58194151B corresponds to iMac12,1, which is 21.5" Mid/Late 2011 - these support macOS up to 10.13.X (High Sierra). You need to edit your Clover config with a different SMBIOS. This doesn't guarantee it will run, but it should at least attempt to.

If you don't know what this means or how to do it, you probably shouldn't be trying to set up a Hackintosh just yet.

    0. which Bootloader?
    1. Did you update the bootloader before installing?
    2. Did you update your kext before installing Mojave?
    3. Did you change the System Definitions to a newer/higher version so Mojave can run? "iMac 17,1" should work fine
    4. to bypass the graphics card on install hit space bar and select "set nvidia to vesa (nv_disable=1) if the screen turns off during installation.
