A new 133 BPM track with a focus on harmonic filtering with the WMD Overseer filter, which adds a nice trippy texture.

I hope you like it :)

    Nope, love it.
The overlays for the different modules are a bit too short to read properly, the LUFS is surprisingly high (how comes?), but the sounds are really great. Is has punch, depth, full and filigree sounds. Very well done.

Lets say you play in scale : C E G A etc on a keyboard
Then use a filter with a narrow width which swipes up and down to hit the frequencies in Hz that correspond to these notes.
That hides the melody a lot and emphasizes only the right spots to sound in scale with the rest of the instruments.

It keeps only some frequency peaks (the harmonics) from the full audio spectrum and melody

So in essence it only keeps the fundamentals and filters out the harmonics. Like a sine wave is only the note's fundamental frequency. Makes sense.

Or are you saying that it only keeps the harmonics and filters out the fundamental? A sine wave is the opposite of that. Also, sorry for the double post but can't edit. I have restrictions on my account.

Depends on the goal. In this patch Overseer is used as HPF, which means fundamental has been removed, as there were already enough bass tones. Compression after the fiter accentuate the remaining harmonics.
