    Hey,

I recently won the 3rd place in a producer contest hosted by Xclusive Audio. However, I still would like some feedback. What do you think of the Beat, the mixing, etc... Do you think I could use it commercial, sell it...

Those questions are hard to answer without any valuable feedback.

    Here's the track:

Sell it to..? for? where? why?

I think the threshold to sell something is like 5000 soundcloud comments.. it appears u have 3?

Its a nice piece.. i just dont see why anyone would buy it, and for what reason.

Don't take this negatively.. just my opinion.... If people are buying stuff like this.. by all means..let us know who.. I'd like to make a few bucks too.

I guess not... I dont even now who moby is  :dunno:

Sell it to a rapper, so he can rap on the beat.

I think when you sell a hip-hop beat its not about getting many soundcloud comments, I mean you dont have to attract and impress the masses, you just need to get in contact with rappers/labels, and then it's just about if the rapper (or singer, who knows?) like the beat and want to use it.

Its different then sellinf EDM music, or tracks already finished.
Maybe compare is to a construction kit you would buy to make a track. Do you want to buy a construction kit 3000 others also know and use? proberly not...

It's actually not. IT's quite easy to harass some folks on forums and internet until you reach it. But what's the point? Internet fame (go read about it on ED)? A number on a screen? I see some pretty rubbish shit getting massive amounts of comments and like and some _awesome_ musicians with 20 followers and NO comments.

You can sell if it's good enough. If it get played.

I don't think you can sell what you made for such contests, usually they leave very limited right, see what you can deal (or not) with the label or just reading the contest rules.

Thought about that before I participated, and asked Xclusive-Audio. They take absolutly no rights for the track, its still completly mine and Im free to do with it whatever I want to.

Still nobody doesnt really answered if they think I can sell it...

I take that as a big compliment then
