1- First find the frequency response of your headphone by googling:

    2- Then apply (manually):

    3- At the end (manually):

You can combine the steps 2 and 3 by the same EQ.
After all personal preferences are the keys. Make different profiles for different genres. Good Luck!

Stereo image is still fucked up no matter how you EQ your master bus.

There are a lot of plugins to remedy this. I did a lot of testing (like completely non-scientific subjective listening tests) and ended up liking 112db's Redline Monitor the best. Most of the other plugins I tried sounded phasey or just really weird and inaccurate. Personally I find this to be the key to be able to mix even semi confidently with headphones.

There's a super easy way to do it using Waves Q-Clone. Comes as part of Waves bundle on sister site, or can be bought for $29 direct from Waves site. There are Sonarworks presets out there for Q-Clone. Stick it as final plugin on master and load up the preset you need. Voila!

+1 on Redline Monitor : i tested almost all solutions.
This one is simple and effective.

For the rest, just use reference mixes

Since everyone is praising redline for a plugin that essentialy reduces stereo width & adds delay for $69, I feel it's overrated for $69.

You can just simply reduce stereo width for FREE (using MSED, etc).

Alternatively, here's a list of other/stronger implementations (some of which are also free)

Can you point me toward said presets? A simple Google search hasn't led me anywhere. Thank you.

yes, you got the the frequency response curve that same as another hardware. but
had you putting a recorder or a line level audio analyzer at headphone out or duo mono out on the main audio output?
and dont forget that never just measure only eqs, haha.

For me the default setting works just fine. I also use an EQ before the plugin to tame the highs. I used to use "tilt" type eq, but I've since moved to using a nerfed (less extreme) version of Tonebooster Morphit's "dummy head" curve (don't remember what the preset is actually exactly called).

How the heck can I find FR graph for my Philips SHP2000? Or for other headphones considered nit intended for musicians?

Yeah, absolutely. Even when you spread your jaws, you hear difference in the audio you are listening to. Everyone perceive different audio than each other. That's why knowing your speakers or headphones is the most important thing.
