Midi notes out of sync after copy/paste/edit

    The Reaper midi editor is driving me crazy. Here's what happens.

    1. Duplicate a midi track to use with a different instrument
    2. Use midi editor to select all notes and drag up an octave
    3. Now the midi notes at the higher octave don't line up with the original. And it's not like they all shifted slightly. The first four or five notes line up and then they start to go out of sync.

    Note: It's 16 bars with 32 notes.
