While I'm not aware of any keyboard that's completely silent since physical keys always create a sort of rumble that will travel from the stand to the floor, any keyboard that doesn't have weighted keys should be pretty quiet. If rumble transferred to the floor is your main concern, you'll probably wanna put something under the keyboard to reduce it, or even put the stand itself on something like a tennis ball riser. This is what I have to do with my personal keyboard cause it has weighted keys and I live in an apartment.

All my keyboards are pretty silent since I don't like clunky ones myself. I've got Novation Remote SL 37, M-Audio Keystation 49e and Kurzweil K2000. Kurzweil one feels the best, followed by Novation and then M-Audio. M-Audio keyboards are all silent, but this particular one doesn't feel as "spongy" as their Oxygene range and all new ones. I detest spongy keyboards, there has to be some weight to keys, especially for playing drums and bass, dynamic sounds.

There is an idea to glue the back cover from the inside with automotive vibration isolation and the upper inner part with sound insulation:winker:

My Novation SL 61 is as noisy as a pair of newlyweds rocking out on an old box spring mattress in a cheap 30 buck motel on their honeymoon. My old Kurzweil K2500SX was as quiet as a church mouse though.

I was looking for a substantial keybed that doesn't produce noise when pressed vertically or when you slide over the keys horizontally.
My favorite synth keybed is the one used in the Yamaha Montage 6. No noise, neither when you press the keys from above nor when you touch the keys and try to move them sideways. The base of the keymech seems to be very solid giving it great lateral support which most wobbly lower-priced keybeds don't.

I've been looking for a controller that comes as close as possible, but it's almost impossible to find. Most keys are either clunky or plasticky. ...

Imho the 49/61 Fatar keybed used in the NI Komplete Kontrol S series is the closest outthere, followed by AKAI's MPK and Novation's SL MK3.
The keys do not produce this annoying plasticky sound and they don't feel hollow like Novation's Launchkey MK3, but all of them sound a little clunky.
The Komplete Kontrol A series keybed is surprisingly similar to the S series, but it's an own development of NI, no Fatar keybed and no aftertouch.
I also like the Roland A-49.

Hopefully some helpful news for you, but it's very personal. :)

Maybe this post is another help.

The Arturia Microfreak has a totally silent keyboard too.

Novation Remote is the noisiest of the 3 I have, but the keys feel nice, "pro". I think it's Fatar keybed.

Oh yes, Kurzweil keyboards are great! Both not clunky and great feel.

one problem Roland A-49, no pitch and modulation wheels is not present, instead of their primitive infrared sensor
they wrote about Novation SL at the top, a bad keyboard for a lot of money lol
recently began to notice how the fatar keys start to turn yellow after a while, and the old fatar keys remain white after a few years, does NI Komplete Kontrol S have such a problem?

That's true, the Roland is lacking some other useful features, but I was just talking about the keybed.

Normally keys become yellow due to uv radiation, smoke or acid. If Fatar's quality dropped as of late, that would mean they now leave out any resistant varnish coating. I can't confirm that cause my studio is free from sunlight and smoke.
