It looks like a broken bridge support. I managed to fix one by myself (it was on an Alesis synth) but you need a steady hand, lot of patience and a good set of tools.. Its not something i will recommend and its better to bring it to a repair shop.

Open it. Fix it. Close it. Play it.

Yes, that was almost Daft Punk-ish.

Akai are famous for this ..theres videos on how to do usually the plastic tab underneath breaks off, What you need is thin ribbon cable like you wrap presents in some superglue and scissors thats it or you can send it out 150.00 to replace keys

Check out these Clowns on how to do video Repair Keys

I have repaired a buddy's keylab49 that had this problem. You probably snapped the small platic connector that link the key itself to the case (to stop the key from rising past a certain point). I popped some gorilla glue on the area it snapped and voila. Still kicking to this day. Hope this helps.

If you need more help let me know via message. It isn't a very difficult process but sometimes a little hand holding is nice.

Oh and be very careful not to damage the ribbon cables/connectors when disassembling and reassembling the controller. :)
