I was wondering which MIDI interface would be best for a Windows 10 PC.
I'm moving from a mac with three unitor8 to a PC workstation (hp z440) and I'm a bit clueless on what I should get.
The unitors have been great for years but now I needed a computer upgrade and PC was the only option budget-wise.
I have a FF400 which features 2x midi I/O and two midisports 8*8/s which are compatible with win10.
(I have a lot of hardware so need quite a few midi ports)
I can make do with the above but I'm just curious on what else people prefer..

If you are satisfied with the performance of the Fireface 400, a MIDI patchbay could offer expansion & routing needed.

You could also look for an expansion only option with assignable MID thru & Out port, These usually offer 16 channels on four ports (A, B, C & D).

Do a search for USB 3.0 type A MIDI interface.

You will see many options from basic to exotic.

For years I use M-Audio midi interface. For me is a very reliable device. They have a lot of products from cheap to very advanced. Check:
