Ok so I was making music all chill every day and suddenly one day I woke up and my MIDI input dissapeared just like that

I knew my usb ports had problem with "usb device not recognized" so I reinstalled all the drivers in the device manager - it didnt work same with uninstalling and installing it, if I couldnt find a installation for a driver I downloaded programs (Driver MaxPro, Driver Booster Pro) to find em and install them but it still didnt work. Although like the first time I did it my MIDI input popped up but didnt react to me pressing the keys and when I replugged it was gone again..
So the "usb device is not recognized" is now happening to my midi
Also in my driver manager when I plug it in there is a category popping up called "Other Devices" in which pops up USB2.0-Ser! or USB2.0-IrvDA (its once the first one and then other times i replug its the second one)
which are told they dont have their drivers installed
also i tried different midi keyboards and its no difference
what do i do ?
