MIDI editing starting to lag after a certain time of work

    Hi all! MIDI editing starting to lag so much, making work process so uncomfortable.
    Read about deleting automation in midi editor, but even this doesn't help and of course it is not adequate solution to the problem.
    Any suggestions?
    Pro Tools 12.5.0.395.

    PT 12.5 generally starts to lag (especially big sessions with a lot of editing) after a while. I having issues also.
    I will try to switch from 12.5 to 12.3 which seems to run much smoother confirmed by the community.
