    do i need all of these to be on my laptop

    Leave them, they're like 3mb each. If you're feeling some sort of inescapable compulsion to have this organised more neatly, use VCRedist by abbodi.

    It will uninstall the ones that have been superseded and install the ones that are still relevant. (It's possible you'll have MORE redists installed afterwards)
