The MFA-EXTENDED library features outstanding authenticity when it comes to analog synths. It ships with two KONTAKT 5.02 (or higher) compatible instruments, the MFA-EX and the MFA-ONE.
The first uses generic waveforms that were completely summed by the analog hardware, but combines that with the todays power of DSP processing in many ways. The other one (MFA-ONE) concentrates on reproducing the most sought-after presets from the analog world, but goes far beyond 'bread-and-butter' sounds. It features four real analog filters from MOOG, OBERHEIM, ROLAND and ARP, sampled into all their surgical details.

Though all samples within this excesssive library derive from the ATC-1 and ATC-Xi synths from STUDIO ELECTRONICS, both instruments break the limitations of their analog counterparts for several reasons, but the most important one is: They're polyphonic!
