I left a little note in the chat about Haloverb last night, but I got a chance to play around with it this morning and figured I'd post it up because I actually really like it. It's only got a handful of presets, but even if you're not a knob tweaker ( ) it's pretty hard to make it sound bad. I especially like it on drums. And since it's like $170 or $180 normally it might be worth picking up if you're in the market for a reverb

I got it from pluginboutique, in significant part due to having some rewards cash in my account. I didn't get my serial immediately, but it was there when I woke up this morning. So as usual I give them the nod.


In other news, Flux Solera v3 is selling at a reasonable price for a change.

Edit: There appear to be a number of deals on Metric Halo over at AudioDeluxe. Dirty Delay is also $25 and their de-esser, saturation, and transient designer plug-ins are all $29, as well as a bundle of the latter three for $69. Again, I'm not jumping for joy but I'm also slightly interested. It's worth a look if you're in the market for this kind of stuff. MH has a pretty good reputation.

I tried their demos, once you twek a knob the framerate of the host might drop to nerby 0 frames when you tweak a knob

 

I don't understand. Are you saying it's heavy on CPU?
