Mercuriall Audio Software has announced the release of a free update for Tube Amp Ultra U530.

Tube Amp Ultra 530 VST/AU plug-in (briefly U530) based on the popular sound studio preamp ENGL® E530, having a wide range of tone. On this basis, you can customize the sound of the powerful hi-gain to bright crunch and crystal clean tone. We hope that many musicians will use U530 in its arsenal.

Changes in Tube Amp Ultra U530

• Improved power amplifier circuit. More low frequencies, verified by amplitude frequency response regulator presence, and now on the tube 6L6GC.
• Improved resonance parameters for modeling the dynamics under load.
• Improved Fast mode. Now, it’s almost exactly like Precise mode.
• Improved models of all tubes. Model 12AX7RCA completely redesigned. Best Model.
• To increase the range of Master and Input Volume. This allows more overload preamp and power amp.
• The restriction of the grid is now at all stages preamp (previously it was not at the first stage).

1 ) Improved models of tubes. Tube 12AX7RCA completely redesigned.
2) Improved the accuracy of modeling preamp section. FAST mode is almost as accurate as the Precise mode.
3 ) Improved model of Power Amp and now on the 6L6GC tube. More power in low range. The soft clipping.
4 ) Improved resonance parameters when modeling the speaker load.
5 ) Increased the range of Master and Input Volume knob.
6 ) Grid Current is now at all stages of preamp - less " dirt ". A more natural saturation during intensive playing in the lower range.
7) Added double-click for default setting of knobs.
The update is free for current owners of the plugin.

i have problem on Logic pro X can't move almost all knobs ? it shows me it moved but for a second then goes back to it's default state anyone knows why ?

M.A.S. I am in love with this plug in truly , bit disappointed there is no adjustability in tone but the tone it makes is bad ass. unfortunately i don't have pay pal and do not want to join paypal to use my credit card . is there any other way to purchase U530?
