Some people are claiming they have Melodyne 4 (ARA) setup and working in Studio One v3.2.

Is there anyone who can assist with directions on how to make this work for me, and possibly anyone else who may be curious about this?

I have Studio One v3.2 setup and functional, no problems.

I have Melodyne 4, Standalone and singular plugins setup and functional, no problems.

How can I make ARA work?

I have read the Manual and unfortunately it's directions do not work/apply in this case. I suspect due to the fact that I am dealing with the R2R release of Melodyne. I believe it is because the plugins and standalone app are already unpacked, and therefore Studio One does not recognise any of the files supplied in the R2R release as an " installation file" which seems to be what Studio One wants me to give it. To be a little more specific, Studio One is asking me to either download from a Presonus account, or insert a DVD. I have neither. I only have the unpacked R2R release.

Any opinions or workarounds are greatly appreciated.

melodyne 4 from R2R works ok with S1 3.2 maybe you didn´t install vst3 version ? ARA works only with vst3 here

 

Wow, thank you very much. I did not know that. And, it just so happens that VST3 is the exact plugin which I did not install.

I will try this ASAP.

Installing the VST3 plugin worked perfectly and immediately with no hassle.
