    Slow portamento/slide, pitch LFO (ramp up?) or slow pitch bend. There are multiple ways to do this. Each to their own I guess.

    Just sounds like an automated pitch ramp up to me, should be fairly easy to do in your DAW, which one are you using? Or would be very simple to do with a midi controller

    just look up a tutorial about creating automation envelopes in Live, and then create one on that track for pitch
