if I understand correctly, mainly from a singers throat and a microphone.

 

Don't hope to get some samples perfectly made like this just in the key of your current project, but you can do it cutting a piece of an acapella or a typical vocal shout from a sample pack and stretching it to the desired length and playing with its pitch...
Or sometimes just using a part of an acapella into a "slicer" sampler and pitching it up or down you can play in your piano roll like a melody...
