    Thanks @barryconvex for the post!

Ultimately, they decide for themselves what they buy and what they consume. Keep in mind that nutritional supplements are huge business, and every manufacturer tells you how great their products are because they want to generate sales. Many of our fellow human beings are fooled and are gullible, and then suffer the negative health consequences.

In the past, vegetables and grains were planted in the spring, harvested in the summer or fall, then stored and processed, canned, salted, or dried to survive the winter and spring. Depending on the region, there were fishermen or livestock farmers. If you had enough animals, you didn't have any shortages, but poverty and crop failures led to deficiency-related illnesses and even death.

Many people remember scurvy, a vitamin deficiency disease especially among sailors. When people realized where it came from, they stockpiled citrus fruits on board ships, and the deficiency problem was solved. As you can see, nature has provided for this, and when you barter with others, you can also get products you don't need.

Today, in the modern information society, everyone has the opportunity to learn how the body works and what it needs to function. Inform yourself beforehand about the potential risks of certain products. Use your brain and think, because that's what it's there for.

Don't be stupid and ignorant, because then you'll live longer and healthier. If you continue to live as if there were no tomorrow, gorging yourself on everything you want and whatever the supermarket shelves have to offer, and not worrying about anything, you will certainly get sick and suffer the consequences.

That is far too general a conclusion. Sometimes medication is absolutely necessary for some kind of reasonable functioning.
Sometimes it's wrong, or too much, but often it's a good thing.
I would never have made it without the medication I was prescribed 20 years ago. I could stop taking it (my own decision) 14 years later once I was in reasonable balance again. But for some people, permanent meds are the only survival strategy.

Other examples: I know a guy who was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He took the meds, struggled along and is now, many years later, a researcher at a major university. Another guy I know has also been diagnosed with schizophrenia, he refuses to take meds and he is a total disaster.

The next big problem is microplastics.
    - Microplastics have been found in the land, sea and air, across the food chain and throughout the human body.

Perhaps you can provide some arguments or justification for your conclusion that it's a dead end!

Oh my goodness, I cannot stress enough how dangerous posts like this are; to you, to observers, to loved ones of affected peoples etc... I'm a psychologist and deal with misinformation regarding psychiatric medications just about every day of my life. My only advice to you, is that if you are questioning what your doctor is prescribing you, get a second opinion from another doctor, or a third, or a fourth, and so on. This thread is absolutely littered with false, misleading, and downright harmful information. I'm sorry you're feeling the way you are, and I understand the constant question: "is the medication actually making me better or worse?", but an online audio forum is certainly not the place to seek answers. All the best :)

When someone posts something online to find relief or seek help, they must of course always expect to receive incorrect answers or hate and incitement. But it's an individual decision and is covered by freedom of expression. Perhaps the person who started the thread just wanted to talk about it and hear other opinions from normal people. I think that's perfectly legitimate. I'm for freedom of expression.

Furthermore, the thread starter didn't even mention the medication he was taking, even after being asked. Furthermore, many users, and even the moderator, wrote that it's a very bad idea to seek advice from laypeople on medical issues. Others have already written what they wrote.

Furthermore, anyone in the forum can claim to be a pope, a king, or a psychologist. Since everything is anonymized, we never know whether it's true or not. This is actually a music forum, and they could have deleted this thread if they wanted to.

Nevertheless, thank you very much for your comment from a psychological perspective.

Late to the party. Here's my 2 cents. I took heart medications for over two years, as well as anxiety meds, the latter due to the lack of work, and life in general, that came from plandemic. Thought I am totally against man-made 'medicine', I followed their rhetoric until I broke away from it, and took the natural versions. As far as anxiety, that's up to us to rectify, but I know it takes time. But, living in a 'Western Civilisation' mind set, takes its toll. Anyway, I hope things have changed for the better with you.
