Well to be honest. Im semi retired from the forum, stopped posting threads as well. Asked Andrew to delete my account, its still here.
Anyway.
I think you have contributed a lot to the forum and like to help others, would be a shame if you left. Perhaps all you need is a break?

 

@Yuri I feel very much the same. I have not been posting much lately for the same reason.

@MMJ2017 I have considered bouncing too but i hold on thinking things will get better. Hopefully it will. Maybe give it time before you make a decision?

y'all better get your act togetha, things get better when members like you are here, you don't have to be a front line soldier, just stay in the office, file some Docs, Drink a Coffee, Tea, or Cognac on modify.

 

I wouldn't bother asking, you risk encouraging the same rude people to wish you good riddance. Don't leave it up to anyone if you stay, do your thing, even though the same people who didn't like you won't like you more, do it for those who appreciate you and for yourself. When my family passed away ( little over time prematurely most part)
It helped me to adapt a love for people that expands much farther then just friends and family.
and my passion for music and love for it is my motivation for trying to share things here. I love people even when I don't know them very well.
My time in the military and traveling the world I see all people as valuable and love them.
something like sharing music related things to people , taking a little time out the day to share things is my motivation because I care about people. I believe in being a good person helping having compassion.
I don't believe that "kindness equals weakness."
I believe we should love people, try to help them
be helped by them.

 

We all on a journey and your right we have different perspectives and we see through the keyhole of our perspective, I seen the great insight of your comment and it is much appreciated.

 

I voted "maybe" because it's up to you. With all the rudeness here, if you're a sensitive person: is it worth it for you?

If I could ask all of you a question, it would be very helpful .

What type of music education content would you like to see here the most? ( if you could have it be any way that you wanted)
also any particular things that come to mind.
please quote this and give your take on this, it will be appreciated.
I am just wondering peoples perspectives on this.be as detailed as you want it is welcomed.
If you believe "NONE" for example please express the nuance of your position.
or if you want to see certain things and in a certain way please express it thanks.
(what I mean by music education is ways of understanding and doing things, not necessarily memorizing certain names and historical dates and sheet music breakdown etc.)

I know you since you first signed in. Don't care if you 're an atheist, you are an intelligent, polite human being that has contributed a ton in a very short period of time. You spent a great deal of time answering the known trolls in all those jazz threads. I have no personal beef with the people attacking you lately but i would suggest to them instead of using verbal attacks etc, to open their own educational threads with some content and we 'll see who's a fake and who's not.
