I don't understand what you are saying.
The purpose of the vault of seed is not to repair the soil. It can be used as a bank for DNA and studies, and like a biological backup.
For example if a special rose that have a special scent, and have lost that scent after years of cultivation and cross breeding.
We can go back and retrieve that special property.
Thats invaluable and very important!
