Hello sex addicts !!
Well a simple question ..... never used max4l and today wanted to try the installed ones but i noticed that i have no max device that come together with Live . I have the latest R2R Suite Ver 11.1 installed . Where are the devices ? i think in previous versions i have seen them .
Any clue ?

 

you have to wait a bit when you first run live 11.1 for it to scan the new devices, can take a while , not sure tho if its your first install

 

Nah nothing . No scan or anything . I had the 11.1.1 version from April i think and today i saw that no devices shown . I uninstalled it and installed the 11.1 R2R version in case the previous version 11.1.1 was missing the devices but again no devices shown .

But i cant select any device because they arent any ! The ones that are third party loads without any problems . the problem is that the ones that come fixed with suite 11 are not there , its empty , i can see only the Max audio effect , Max instrument and Max midi effect , without any device inside those 3 categories .

Nothing ,,,,,,, i uninstalled it , erase everyhing from all locations to do a clean install , authorized again but no Max Devices ..... I installed r2r 11.1 and the other version the 11.1.1 but nothing . I did the database reset with no result .

guys , i figured it out , i have only the max devices of the standard ableton live version , not the Suite !! i also miss instruments like , BASS , POLI , CV INSTRUMENT , CV TRIGGERS ,etc Effects like Convolution Reverb , Color Limiter. CV Clock In , CV Clock Out , CV In , CV LFO , Gated Delay , Pitch Hack , PitchLoop89 , Re-Enveloper ,Spectral Blur , Surround Panner .... wtf ??? Do you all have them ???

What's already included in Ableton Live?

The "Max for Live" tab contains instruments, audio and MIDI effects. Especially the packs "Max 7 Pitch and Time Machines" and "CV Tools" should be mentioned here. One of the devices in the first pack is called "Autotuna" and tries to emulate the industry leader "AutoTune" a bit.

My question is : The missing effects , instruments etc i have written to my previous post ARE INCLUDED IN THE SUITE R2R ( AUDIOZ VERSIONS ALSO ) OR NOT ? I read that the Max For Live Essentials IS INCLUDED IN Live 11 VERSION ! In 9 version you have to download them . Im asking in order to understand whats allready included in the R2R Version and find the rest ones . Could you confirm if the devices i have posted as missing are included in your Ableton version ( BASS , POLI , CV INSTRUMENT , CV TRIGGERS ,etc Effects like Convolution Reverb , Color Limiter. Go to the sister site and type in " Max 4 Live ". There you will find lots of stuff for Max 4 Live.

 

I will do that definitely but i want someone to confirm if all of this devices and effects are included in the SUITE version or not , to see if i have a problem or not . This is what i see on Max .

oh if you don't have it install you cant help me . I have he Suite version but missing devices and want someone who has it installed to confirm if those devices are missing too or not . So anyone who has the Suite installed ?

 

Also in the Image you have posted are all devices in , but in my case are all empty as you can see in the images i posted .

Yeah i will wait and im curious because i think those versions are not the Suite but the Standard ones .

As i can see you are also " empty " ! You dont have the devices of the Suite ( which is the Suite but without the extras(?) ) , only the Standard Version !! If you search the audio effects instr and midis you will find the ones of the Standard Version . I wonder if anyone else have noticed that because its a big upset ! The versions that posted in Audioz are missing components !! Anyone else to have noticed that and have a solution ? Thank you for your time and effort my friend !!!
