Max for Live authorization

    Hi,

    I have Ableton 12.3.6 working perfectly, except i cannot download Packs.
    After authorization, it says i have Ableton Live 12 Suite + 374 add-ons authorized, but i cannot download any of them from Packs, it doesn't even show the list of available Packs.
    It says:
    Can't retrieve list (Missing Authorization)
    (UNLOCK)

    Software is authorized, i've been using it, saving, exporting everything for over a month now, but i wanted to check Expressive Chords and when i didn't find them then i realize this part isn't unlocked.

    Is this normal? what can i do?

    It's normal. You can't download them through the client. You should be able to find all the packs uploaded here. Search for: Ableton Live Suite 12 Library (Packs)

    This was the initial packs release shipped with Ableton 12. Many packs have been added and updated since then, so I recommend hunting them down separately if you're interested.

    you can only install Packs you drag into Live.

    Downloading from Live directly does not work, because the check is server-sided.
