Max 7 (Troubleshooting)

    I get 'Error 38' every time I try to register for both x86/x64 versions in Windows 7/8 64-bit.
    Max.exe also needs to be blocked in Windows firewall, but this isn't working for everyone. Even with this rule in place, Max4Live still runs in trial mode unless there is no internet connection.

    no internet connection.

    If you Can afford to get cheap laptop just for the net,
    then your DAW will be free from the outside world.
