I have had similar issues in the past as well as it's a known problem with many in the past with Logic.

Just to help troubleshoot, when you're bouncing your audio/tracks, etc. make sure that Normalize is off in the bounce dialog menu. When normalized is set to On, the exported file is normalized both for overloads and for Lowell levels (per Apple KB @ https://support.apple.com/kb/PH12957). Most of the time I choose PCM in Realtime and include the audio tail. If I need to convert to any other format, I do that outside of LPX with Amadeus Pro, VLC will also work.

Try bouncing the audio without any 3rd party effects or plugins active and check if that makes a difference. If the volume is different, then you'd have to check out which one was causing the problem. Other than that, if your master fader (not the stereo output fader) is lowered, that could also be an issue.

    I hope this helps!
