How loud should my audio level be for:
    1. Film music
    2. Film dialogues/SFX
    3. Combined music/ dialogue/ sfx

Also, are there any tutorials for mastering music for films?

There are no certain rules but my default is, -5 dB for SFX and dialogues, -6 dB for the rest.

Sound for film (as in theatrical mixes) doesn't have a loudness spec. Movies delivered on DCP have specific volume metadata on how loud the program should be played. Anyway, you could follow the "standard" dialogue normalization of 27LKFS ±2db for dialogue, and 23LKFS for full mix. Music and SFX mixed accordingly using your ears on a set of calibrated speakers.
