Maschine Studio stuck on Maschine / Groove Production Studio. Dead unit ?

    Yesterday everything worked. Today it won't boot past Maschine / Groove Production Studio.

    I have tried to connect to Windows machine where it worked, and it is found, but says Driver is unavailable.

    So I have made a clean install on Surface Pro 4... And again Driver is unavailable. I have tried to reset table with this thing connected, tried reset it the device, nothing is work


    Any help ???

    I have had odd situations with my Maschine MK1 controller not being recognized in the past. One time it was resolved by putting a higher quality USB cord between the controller and my PC. Another time I had to unplug the controller, change the USB port I was using, let the driver install on this new port, reboot the PC (Windows 7).

    Hope you get it working.

    i had a similar situation with a device (not maschine) and it was to do with a naff USB cable.
    i agree with RayRay- try a different USB cable
