A long time ago these guys were like my god like inspiration. Till Violator. Then...well they made something different. Not my cup of tea anymore. Still. Respect.

If the song "Where's the revolution" I just listened to is not an exception, then the album will turn more towards the earlier years. But I didn't like the tone of it. Sounds like they used what Martin Gore didn't use for his own albums and put some lyrics above it. I could just as well ask DM: Where's the revolution?

But back to topic. Had a good laugh :)

I was quite a fan up until "Ultra" and then my interest started to slowly fade away. However, I think they're still more than a bit relevant and kinda innovative sounding. Not to mention that Martin's lyrics are still generally brilliant. The problem must be me, not them. Getting old and all that, you know. :winker: This new album could be somewhat better than the last couple of albums... well, we'll see about that when it gets released.
