    Right hand notes A G sharp F sharp E E E F sharp G sharp F sharp D sharp E, the second time ends in D sharp. The bass (left hand) is easier A E E F. Elemental.

That some note is well known to be nearly impossible. Rachmaninov couldn't even play that so don't worry about it.

The only "tricky part" is that the Velocity goes up at the end
that sound a bit pitched up, maybe that's the problem

    Thanks man.

The rest, simply back to the dump. Of course, all laughs are ironic. If have nothing to say for help, silence is good therapy for all music gods.
    Only a tip.........................

For String like instruments, it simply sounded for me a bit pitched
and even ReaTune shows +10 cent with higher velocities for my Piano VST

I know this shouldn´t be and maybe this explanation from quora.com explains what´s happening here
1.Does velocity change pitch(frequency) of sound?

1.Velocity doesn't ACTUALLY change the pitch of the sound. The pitch is the characteristic of the SOURCE producing the sound and velocity cannot tamper with it.But frequently one hears the high pitched horns of vehicles if the vehicles are moving towards the observer and VICE VERSA if vehicles are moving away from the observer. This change in pitch is APPARENT i.e the observer listens an altered pitch though in reality the pitch hasn't changed.
This phenomenon is called DOPPLER EFFECT.When there is relative motion between source and observer, there is apparent change in frequency of the wave (be it soundwave or electromagnetic wave). The relative changes in frequency can be explained as
follows. When the source of the waves is moving toward the
observer, each successive wave crest is emitted from a
position closer to the observer than the previous wave.
Therefore each wave takes slightly less time to reach the
observer than the previous wave. Therefore the time
between the arrival of successive wave crests at the
observer is reduced, causing an increase in the frequency.
While they are travelling, the distance between successive
wave fronts is reduced; so the waves "bunch together".
Conversely, if the source of waves is moving away from the
observer, each wave is emitted from a position farther from
the observer than the previous wave, so the arrival time
between successive waves is increased, reducing the
frequency. The distance between successive wave fronts is
increased, so the waves "spread out".

I can`t hear any pitch variation, much less the octave jumps. And your piano isn`t moving towards me. Sorry.

it was the octave that went up i seen it go from D3 to D4 so in a way it did go to a higher pitch

@celtic3342, if you only want the melody then Polomo got you covered.. If you want to play the whole thing, I think there are octaves in the left hand and the chords played in the right. Emphasis on fifths and fourths, not thirds (though they are there)
I can hear something like this:

    + MIDI
WTF is with this Rachmaninoff guy?? When Prokofiev says it's in D, you play D and then D, DDDD, DDDDDD... easy!
Isn't she lovely... <3 ..Prokofiev ...in D lol
