I've got a MSI Z390 A-Pro with a BIOS setup "correctly" (according to guides I've come across the net .)

I've tried two of usb - flash drives (one USB2 and the other USB3) in various USB2 / USB3 - ports on this Desktop PC .

None of these disks (that were prepared in WIndows 11 with TransMac) succeed in booting the installer .
I manage to make it to the Clover GUI, but after that as I select to boot the macOS 12 installer all I get is this minus - mark or so to say an underline in the upper left corner of the screen .

I have the latest BIOS on this motherboard .

I think you should rather search the InsanelyMac forum for the correct answer. And I think you should select proper settings in Clover to boot the installer. The last Hackintosh I've build was in 2014/15 with Mavericks 10.9.5 on AMD CPU and the Chameleon Bootloader, so if I remember correctly you need to setup your bootloader (Clover in your situation) to turn on GraphicsEnabler=Yes and setup proper AHCI kext to run the macos Installer. Try to search InsanelyMac for tips or special prepared DSDT files

@Zergei72 https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/ is your best bet, modern and simple to follow, also the installer will be made in windows incase you don't have a mac, read through the forum before making any attempts, adrenaline will make you make mistakes lol, good luck
