Just playing around with Lumina. The ensemble phrases all seem to have awful rustling sounds that repeat. One off would be realistic but every time a phrase repeats just sounds fake. Anyone please able to confirm? I have found this with some other lib

That happens when sound sources are recorded in "wet" environment and machine then loops them without considering such background noises. Many libs have those, some devs try to sell the noises as feature, e.g. "increased realism".

 

Although Andrew is right in general, i cannot confirm this for Lumina. I have v1.5 and i can hear no rustling sounds whatsoever in the Trio Ensemble Phrases nor in any other part of the library. The only easily spotted flaw i can find, is some phrases are not looped perfectly.
