LUFS (True Peak -2) + (LKFS -14dbs) is this right?

    If we are talking broadcast regulations, the network normalizes to ITU BS.1770-3, EBU-R128, etc and the network gets fined if they overshoot. It's their responsibility. It's not up to you to set the end loudness requirement.

    I thought this was about music loudness on streaming platforms (and "penalty" as in loudness normalization).
