Do you know, in all the time I`ve been a member of this `ere forum, I can think of not one single bad word had with ANYONE!

Now, in today`s keyboard warrior patrolled iNet, where the slightest slur can result in the kind of online warfare that many nations would be proud of, I find that to be remarkable to say the least.

So, I just thought I would take the opportunity to offer a heartfelt THANK YOU to all members of AudioSEX.

Take a look around you. Community is a rare find in this day and age of me, myself and I.

We have so many helpful members who go above and beyond the call of duty to help others out of their troubles. And, well....... it`s just bloody nice.

What an awesome post! We really do have something special here that you won't find on many other forums if at all particularly in this age of I. I felt it when I was just observing from a distance as a guest and it is one of the main reasons that I took the plunge and got involved. The more I got involved the more I wanted to give something back to all the wonderful folks here. Now here I sit all this time later and when I look around all I see is family. Your questions are my questions, your struggles are my struggles and your victories are my victories. I actually brought this up to SAiNT the other day...that this place transcends even the original intent of its creator. There's an energy and sense of community that is literally awe inspiring. I asked for some help with Industrial music and on the same day there were around 4 pages of links and information as well as advice to help anyone interested in this endeavor. All the help, all the tutorials, all the software news, listening booths...we even have a humor section now to keep spirits high and bring some much needed laughter into this crazy world. The other day I got a chance to celebrate my birthday with you guys: The Day Before Independence So many awesome posts on that thread and that doesn't even include all the PMs I received. It's hard to find that kind of connection even in the real world but in the virtual world it's unheard of. So here's to AudioSex and all the people that make it what it is today, I'm a better person for having known you.

 

The love is definitely there, sometimes it gets out of hand because of the noob minded folks, but overall its a nice place. I guess our common interest transcends any debatable douchbagery someone might try to conjure up and if something does get through it usually gets taken care of real quick. I myself enjoy everything this place and AudioZ is about..............including the peeps. Both places are a mecca of tools and information that serve only one purpose. Which is to help all of us get better and achieve something greater than ourselves. Since we're on the subject, I would like to thank all that make both place a reality for us. I'm sure we all have stories on how much we've all improved since joining the club. We'll have to save that discussion for another time though. Peace and love,fam
