What is your malfunction people?? The question is entirely valid even though it is questionable as to the OP's reasoning behind this, I have my own. I found this thread because I was looking for an EQ VST with a 24khz shelf :O I MUST BE RETARDED, well FUCK YOU. If you ever bothered to throw a professionally mastered song under a spectrum analyzer you'd see that they cut out frequencies between 19.5khz and 24khz because it adds to the mix when playing at loud volumes. Some argue that frequencies above 20khz although cannot be perceived as a sound, does enhance what we hear under 20khz. Next time you throw someone under the bus get your facts straight.
