i have the Ventus Series Duduk but its sounds not exactly like this VST in the Video...
Maybe a synth Duduk?

I think maybe it's the way it's being played and/or how the MIDI notes were edited after? It would be hard to play it that stacatto without some editing of note-length after.
Like, there are no legato transitions used, and the notes are also cut short quite unnaturally, maybe for a Hip Hop, sampley type of vibe.
I suppose you could just set the release really tight on any sampler and it would sound more like this when playing it.
If it's specifically the tone you are after and you say it is different to what libs you know, then maybe it is from a hardware synth like the Yamaha Motif range, or whatever.
Over a month ago somebody posted about a hardware synth that was made for Turkish, Arabic, Armenian, & Persian instruments.
Will see if I can find it for you.

More than likely IS a Kontakt instrument though, just as the OPs Ventus is.
We know about Kontakt, but we want to know which library!
And it's not Indian, it's Armenian!
I impled this in the only other comment here, but perhaps you missed it.

Ilya Efimov Armenian Duduk for kontakt is perfect for that
but to be sincere, that performance is sooo poor, with that library you can do it better!
