As old as it is, Synth 1 is a monster and there is a ton of free presets for it. Also all for free

    anybody tried Proximity by TDL?

  10. It's a free world and nobody is stopping you from trying it out LOL. I have tried it but only in passing, but give it a try. TDL collaborated with Vladg to create another plugin, a limiter called Limiter No.6 that is pretty great, although with a steeper learning curve. If you haven't already done so, visit the site and check it out...

Limiter 6 was actually just developed by Vlad, Fabien from TDL did not work on that plug-in. Great processor but I would only recommend it to someone who has a good understanding of compression.

I had no idea at first why Vladg or TDL was being discussed on this thread as they are Russian and German respectively.. it just "dawned" on me that it must be because of the "Tokyo" in Tokyo Dawn Labs! Haha, Tokyo Dawn Records is a German record label..

Tokyo Dawn Records (TDR) is the name of a tough little music unit meanwhile based in Munich, Germany. Established 1997 by Marc Wallowy and friends, TDR has been spreading soul futurism on the internet since its beginning.

so tokyo daw is not a japanese company goddamit

I think FabFilter has some great stuff. That's why I'm looking for Plug-ins from other countries that start with an 'N' and end with an 'S'. Do you know any?

    Sorry, but...
