Hi to all!

I did this song many years ago... I was on Cubase and Windows. I'm now on Logic and Mac.

I don't find the Cubase session. I'm building that same song again in Logic, and I'm looking for a sound like that, or better (the intro melody, it sounds like a bell to me).

I'v checked in Omnisphere, there's a couple of interesting sounds, but not exactly what I want.

If you guys have idea of suggestions.

I don`t have Logic nor Omnisphere but I would go for FM synthesis using sine waves both as carriers as well as oscilators. Short attack on the amp-enveloppe (under 2ms) and decay under 200ms.

Play with the course settings to get the right frequency range. I used Ableton Operator to try these bells. The course settings in operator define the relationship between frequency and notepitch.

Hope you have an FM synth though.

I did not browse, but the term mallet or marimba springs to (my) mind now that you ask.
