Well yes *of course* he's selling pirated stuff.
Why would you even think this was legal?

If you paid close attention to my post you will see that I wrote "Selling Pirated stuff Legally"
I know it's not legal but seeing in the open like that and on a website like ebay just kicked me in the head  You would think that they are more strict.

By the way, I got the ad while watching Logic tutorials on youtube.
so this guy is getting free advertisement for selling illegal stuff.

eBay don't care about people selling ripped off, illegal or fake stuff. They get their cut of the transaction, that's all they care about.

Try it - download something for free off the internet, create a listing, and see what suckers will pay for it...

Typically, how this works is they'll just email you a copy of their legally purchased LPX or have you download it from a location they setup. Some will even promise future updates which of course they won't live up to for long. For a time they could even just give you access to their account's password but Apple finally caught on to that and added additional login security. They could also at anytime change their password, end the download link etc.. and you'd be left out in the cold from any future updates promised etc... $9.00 x 23 people and you just got your legit purchase of Logic Pro X free. That's right, they'll just keep selling their one legit copy of LPX over and over again. Buyer Beware!

There's no such thing as a license key file or serial for Logic - in fact, you don't even need one to install it. You can only buy/authorize it via App Store. So technically, your Apple Computer is your Hardware Dongle and your Apple Account is your License repository. So I would actually think about telling ebay to shut this seller down because I am pretty sure this is not legit.

The original definition of piracy was to take someone else's work and sell it illegally for profit.
Technically if people give something away it's not stealing, however they changed the laws to include copying or free distribution without permission at some point. So while warez may not be stealing or technically piracy, it is still nonetheless, against the end user agreement.

There is one thing that Apple's is so big that they don't seem to care, dealing with these individual instances.

However, in the bigger picture, big tech companies like Ebay, Google, Facebook, they are not only hosting these illegal content, they make money off of them it and, therefore, are complicit.
