Well, as the title says, I have worked a while with LPX 10.4 and suddenly the inserts on the Stereo Out graphically disappeared. Not only the inserted plugins but also the inserts themselves.
I don't know exactly, but I think the inserted plugin was still active. Though I'm not sure.
Has anything like this happened to you, too?
Is it a bug? Or is it my system?

That is a strange one. Mine is while using the pencil tool after awhile it stops working, have to close the wave editor. Zoom feather definitely has some issues as well. Have not had a chance to toss my pref files yet might want to give that a try.

It seems that at this stage there are quite a few bugs like always with Apple. The lower dot versions, especially the .0 version is rather to be regarded as an official beta version... The same goes for their operating systems in my opinion.

Same for me, all the inserts of the stereo Out master desappeared.
I had this issue only one time since i install Logic Pro, 9 days ago.
I restart Logic and no more problem

I don't know why, and Logic work very well
    Very strange :dunno:

Nothing to do with bugs, this is a common rookie error. What usually happens is you're browsing loop content and you add a loop that's in surround/5.1 mode - this puts Logic mixer into surround mode, so the output config changes and you lose inserts in the various sub-outs that make up the surround mix.

To fix this, remove the surround channel strip (easy to see in the mixer, it will have multi meters in the channel strip, rather than a mono or stereo level meter), or change this back to stereo.
