Perfect Ear: The best free Ear Training program i found, extra sounds and custom exercises cost money, the rest free

Chord Cloud: This is not completely free, but in free mode it throws some cool chord progressions around in various style, it has also a good enough randomize function, should be good to get some inspiration. They have also a webpage to use it in the browser (https://chordchord.com)
