OK. It's too hot across the piece between around 3KHz to around 12KHz, peaking around 5 - 6KHz by maybe 10-12 dB. The snare has an identical impact to the shaker or hihat because of it. Sounds like a monitoring problem rather than a lack of ability, so maybee mix into a wide bell curve at 5K to compensate for it, and then remove it when printing out your final. Or get a chum to master your final for you. Or get better monitoring.
