    Hey everyone,

I have a question regarding my M-Audio Fast Track Pro Interface. When plugging my Headphones in the Headphone Monitor Output (all information in the manual: "max output level: -2.5dBV@THD<0.05% / 32 Ohm", "scope: 32 to 600 Ohm") the sound is clean, yet when I plug it in one of the actual outputs (symmetric TRS line outputs, output impedance 300 Ohm, max output level +10,1dBu) there is noise.

I guess that the output level of the line outputs is too high? But I am really not sure what to do with the "scope"-information. Does the headphone output adjust itself to the headphones plugged in? Mostly I am using headphones with 32 Ohm impedance and I tested another pair of headphones with 150 Ohm. Same results.

    Thanks for the help

Sorry, didn't get that. You're plugging your headphones in the TRS output in the back?
