@Recoil very nice & atmospheric, love compositions like this :)
The mix sounds fine,if you ever mix it again, try to make more mono the bass,m/s processing will help.

Samplitude sounds so good (a kind of "natural organic" quality, I'm in loss of words)
Nice music, as usual with you Recoil ; I like the groove of this one
At first listening, fine mix, good work on elements in space
I like the big kick, "but if it was me", I'd like to search a little bit on it (perhaps trying some compressions and/or EQ, to see if I could make it a little bit more "dry" while keeping its impact ; I'm in loss of words for this, too, can't really explain what I have on my mind).

    Listened 4 times !

@Spyfxmk2 this time I left the bass in stereo but it is very compressed, it will be difficult because the bass line consists of 3 tracks, thank you for the tip :mates:

@Grok I spent not enough time to composing this song, and composed the whole night until morning, I'm really tired, thank you for listening and feedback :mates:

Nice one, me likes (especially, but not only the in- and outro)

The snare seems to be shifted a bit to the right side (I had this phenomena before )

Why is that difficult? Just subgroup them, insert a frequency-dependent m/s tool and narrow the low freqs.

@No Avenger in this project are two types of snares, some processed by the effect and others are not, great that you noticed it, thank you for listening and feedback :mates:

And this is how the project looks like

    So you used the DN-e1.

Some years ago, I found that this synth sounds very good, but at this time its programming options were a joke (no arp sequences programming options). Is this synth better now, optionwise (I use Samp Pro X3 suite too, but right now I'm not on the workstation) ?

The Independence sample banks are very good, "timeless", much better than their Kontakt counterparts, even if some little notes are missing in some instruments.

I have not tried the Vita instruments yet.

@Grok yes, I use built-in instruments and in particular the Independence sampler to which I create my own library.
In my opinion, Independence has high quality libraries (70GB), if something is not there, then I have Sample Tank 3 which has practically everything. Cheers

What I forgot in my last post, does Sam have a stock MB m/s tool? If not there's a simple trick to narrow just the low freqs with single band m/s. Wennstewissnwillstwiedasgehtsachbescheid.

Yes @No Avenger , you can do m/s within Samp alone, without the need of an external plugin (see the panning & stereo options, at object level and at mixer level)

[IMG], I asked for MB m/s (MB = multiband, to narrow just the low freqs in a sound). Do you grok now? :winker:

    @No Avenger I have an "EQ116" I think that's enough

@Grok this stereo tool is called "Multiband Stereo Enhancer"

@No Avenger ; I'm french, english is not my native language ; Grok is the nickname I choosed in the very old time of the french Minitel (before internet even exists ; France was first LOL) ; because it was the Korg inverse, and because of the noize made by cracking bones inside the super bionic hand of the comic anti-hero "RanXerox" by italian cartoonist Liberatore .

It's only many decades later that I learned the english meaning of the word "grok", and I like it too !...

@Recoil , yes I know, but I wrongly understood that @No Avenger wanted MS processing

By the way, I really like this song, I listened to it 11 times for now :like:

I'm beginning dreaming of what vocals could be put on it

  21. I like the composition a lot.

It sounds a little dark and cluttered to these old ears, like it was recorded on cassette tape.
