So, took me 2 days to just figure out how to install and use cracked Kontakt and how to add libraries to it.
I've only added Metropolis Ark for now but when i open it, the GUI or interface or whatever it's called is ugly and not that fuctional as you can see in the image. I need some help here!

 

Also, why can't I see the images in this forum?

 

OK, I do not see your image.

For images, I normally just drag the picture to message window and it is placed at the cursor.​

Well, for me Metropolis ARK is not "pretty" but it is functional.
Maybe you have not found where to click to get the different "pages" for various controls.
(Performance, mixer, settings, controller table)

I will search for the issue - I have seen that graphics problem before.
You might do the same thing (search "Kontakt graphics problem" or something).

 

Wow, it works!! @DoubleTake you can drag&drop from disk but sometimes it quits, some random bug I guess.

 

The two most likely causes for this GUI not working are:
- You resaved instruments and Kontakt didn't found the GUI images (or found them in an incorrect folder). Gui images are almost always in the .nkr file
- There's an executable installer "Metropolis Ark 4 Win/Mac installer.exe" and you didn't run it

He probable didn't run the installer. That would put the GUI images into pictures folder under one of Kontakt's location.

Well, not really

That's interesting. I knew they're a cache but didn't know you can solve a problem deleting them, since they're reconstructed every time you save/batch re-save an instrument. Or when you load an instrument and there isn't one.
Since there's nkc files for nkr files that store the GUI elements makes sense.
I would have re-saved the instruments or get the original ones instead.
But I'll keep an eye open, at the very least I think it can speed batch-resavings and stuff.

 

LOL - I meant my OWN multiple wrong guesses as i was off looking for different possibilities.

 

These are the two possible options, either missing GUI elements after an inadequate installation (not using the installer when it's required), or the corrupt nkc file that needs to be deleted.
We have already discussed it on AS, that's why it's kind of frustrating that lazy members don't give a f*ck to read those threads, rather start a new one because they want a personalized assistence.

 

My Metropolis GUI is the same as yours EXCEPT FOR one huge difference on the "keyboard" tab and I would like some help to fix that too. The playing style is important and it only shows an indicator in the middle..
