Library currently not installed error

    Hi,

    I am receiving the following error when I try to import Best Service Emotional Violin. Does anyone have any idea why this occurs?
    I use Kontakt 6.

    My Folder has both NICT and wallpaper files.

    Wherever Nord VPN takes me
    First, go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center and make sure that the SPIND on the .xml file for your library is not 000. If it ist change it to the correct SNPID which appears on the NICT
    Second, if number one is ok make sure that the SNPID is not shared with anther library. If it is you must remove the .xml for one of them and edit the NCIT file with a new SNPID
