I have waited patiently until now, firstly because i thought the problem was not on my side, and secondly because i was hoping for a fix.

But since new releases came today without "happy new year" in the nfo and the fact that everything that was released after lexicon was also fixed, I'm beginning to suspect that the problem is with my setup....

so in my case pro tools crashes directly on startup/when loading all plugins...
does it work for s.o. who uses pt?

Hope you find the solution. And if you couldn't, try seventh heaven. I cant go wrong with it...
I am wondering Why protools owners are struggling with new stuff?

 

everything else works properly...at least what i have tested

 

so it crashes in your case too?! i'm trying to find out if the error is with my installation....so i guess the best option is to wait

 

Never got it working, I was lucky that I was watching the PT splash screen when it was scanning plugins otherwise I wouldn't even have known which one caused the crash. Moved them into "plug-ins - unused" folder and haven't tried since. VST version works fine on my win7 machine.

 

In my case PT 12.5 crashes on start up scanning. Hope for fix.
