Hi!

i have legit maschine 2 and some other NI synth, but i also use unlegit ones.
Since the last Komplete Kontrol, i had no problem but now, with this 1.9.3 version i can't make unlegit plug ins work... i always have "can't find plug in"

I've tried using an unlegit version of KK but it doesn't work either...

do you know a process to make them all work again ?

Plugins not found means it's searching the wrong path, and i don't think you can adjust the path in Native Access for non-legit stuff. The solution would be to put the plugin where NI thinks it's supposed to be.

 

ok... most of my library is on an external HD. I can relocate the path in KK, it works for legit plug in, but not with unlegit ones.
So you're probably right, maybe i'd need to create aliases...

 

The path's that you can set in Native Access are just install locations. I assume you have been to Preferences and verified Plug-ins locations and done a rescan in Komplete Kontrol?

I have version 1.8.1 R2R release and it works fine with non-legit plugins. I haven't updated yet.

After running Native Access did you rerun the keygen's from R2R. It seems running Native Access puts all non-legit plugins into Demo mode.

 

ok, and you're only using unlegit plug ins ? do you have previews plug in too ?

 

For NI I'm using mostly non legit plugins. I dont have the Previews plugin.
