Learning stereo miking techniques and how they sound through a VSTi or VST?

    so i don't have two mics to experiment with currently,

    but i'm guessing there must be an VSTi or VST out there that lets you see and hear the results of each stereo miking techniques and how they sound?

    can you guide me to some?
