Does anyone know a good tutorial set where will be taught how to make chords, how to write them and which fit together and why?

There's so much stuff to be found, but I would like to keep it with one course which goes from basic to advanced.

Right now I'm making chords by ear but I really have no idea what I'm doing etc.. It also troubles me to find chord progressions.
